Give every family one place to run their person's care.

Caregiver shifts, family visits, appointments, and a daily check-in call, coordinated by the family themselves. Your community offers it, families run it, and your staff get their day back.

The calls your staff are answering

Families call the front desk because they don't know how Mom's day went. Staff answer the same question a dozen ways a dozen times, and the families who don't call sit at home wondering. Everyone is doing their best, and everyone is still in the dark.

VIPCall gives every family their own answer, every day. Families run it themselves, so it asks nothing of your staff.

How a community offers it

1. You share it.

A flyer, a family newsletter, a move-in packet. Each family signs up on their own.

2. Families run it.

They set the call schedule, invite relatives, add appointments and visits. The record is theirs.

3. Everyone gets closer.

The resident gets a daily conversation someone actually hears. The family gets the picture. You get families who feel close to your community, and fewer calls to the front desk.

What families get

  • The daily conversation, in the resident's own voice
  • Family visits and caregiver shifts on one calendar
  • Appointments by text: photograph the card, reply YES, done
  • Who-sees-what permissions the family controls
  • The same update to every relative, at the same time

The difference a voice makes

Activity feeds and photo portals tell families what happened. A daily conversation tells them how their person is. The resident's own words anchor the record, so families read how the week actually felt, and staff hear “thank you” more often than “why didn't anyone tell me.”

You see what families choose to share

The record belongs to the family. If they want to share updates with your team, that's their call, the same way they'd share with a doctor. Your community holds no resident health information from this service. It's an amenity, and it stays one.

Private by design.

Your family's information is encrypted at rest and in transit. Call recordings stay private to your family, behind account-scoped access. You decide who sees what, person by person, and those permissions are enforced everywhere the data lives. Your family's conversations are never sold and never used to train outside AI systems. Your record is yours: export it whenever you want.

Questions we hear from communities.

Does this create HIPAA obligations for us?

Families own their accounts and their records. Your community offers the service and holds no resident health information from it. It sits with move-in gifts and newsletters, on the amenity side of the line.

Who pays?

Communities sponsor it as an amenity, or families subscribe directly. We set it up with you either way.

What about residents who don't like technology?

There's nothing for the resident to learn. The phone rings, they pick up, they talk.

Does this replace our staff's relationship with families?

It removes the relay work. Your staff keep the conversations that matter and lose the “how was her day” phone tree.
