Delivered to you & your sister

The problems you live with every day.

What owners and caregivers told us, and what changes.

“They overwork you… no compassion for employees.”
Caregiver · Indeed

A 90-second voice update, in any language. No forms.

“One week 32 hours, the next is 4… you never know.”
Caregiver · Indeed

Every shift in one place. The whole week at a glance.

“They left my mom alone… I felt blown off.”
Family · ConsumerAffairs

Families see how she's doing every day. Trust grows.

You share a link. The family sets it up. Caregivers just talk.

No new software. No extra workflow.

1. The family adds their caregivers

A few taps. No work for your office.

2. Caregivers leave a voice update

End of shift or any time. One minute, any language.

3. The family gets a text

Every shift and call in one place the family can see.

Hear what a check-in sounds like.

This is a real call. She remembers past conversations, follows up on health concerns, and reminds about upcoming appointments, all in a warm, natural tone that older adults accept easily.

See a caregiver update

One short call. The whole care team on the same page.

A caregiver leaves a quick voice update at the end of a shift. The family gets a plain summary, and it joins the senior's own daily call on one timeline.

9:02 AM · Mary's daily call

Good spirits, slept well, looking forward to her daughter's visit.

5:04 PM · Rosa's shift update

Full lunch, short walk in the garden, medication on time.

One record, every voice

The person's own voice, plus every caregiver's update.

The senior's daily call and every caregiver's update, on one timeline. Nobody else puts the person's own voice and the caregiver's report in the same place.

This is what families say about VIPCall.

Real families. Real check-ins. The kind of experience families talk about.

“If it were not for VIPCall, my mom would not have reached out to me today when she was feeling confused and frightened.”

Mindi · Daughter

“My mom likes the calls. She's surprised it knows about her cat and activities. The personalization really works.”

Pamela S. · Daughter

“Even living in the same house, I didn't know about the leg cramps.”

Alisa · Wife

The family owns it. You see only what they share.

Less liability for you. And when a family chooses to include your agency, that trust is why they stay.

Free to offer. It takes work off your plate.

The family pays, so it costs your agency nothing, with affiliate economics for partners. The coordination load moves to the family, your caregivers report by voice, and your office fields fewer calls. Less work for everyone.

Questions we hear from agencies.

What about HIPAA?

The family sets up and owns VIPCall, not the agency. They control what's shared and with whom, and can change it anytime.

Are my caregivers being monitored?

No. Caregivers control their own calls and report by voice because it's the easiest way. It takes work off them; it doesn't track them.

What if my caregiver doesn't speak English well?

They leave the update in their own language. The family receives it in English.

Will seniors actually talk to it?

It's a phone call, not an app. Most are skeptical at first, then look forward to it within a week.

Families won't want AI calling their parent.

It doesn't replace anyone's calls; it's what happens between them. Their own calls get better because they already know how their parent is doing.

Is the data secure?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to people the family approves. We never sell or share it.

What if a call reveals a real health issue?

Anything that needs attention is flagged in the summary and the family is alerted. It doesn't replace clinical judgment or 911.

Does this create liability for my agency?

No. The family subscribes directly. You introduce it; you don't operate, host, or manage it.

What does it cost my agency?

Nothing. The family pays. No fee, no minimum, no contract on your side. Affiliate economics for qualified partners.

Does your parent have a caregiver?
